Will 17x7.5s and 1.5 drop via lowering springs be smooth or will it rub?

i'm on 17's and have a lower drop than that and my only problems are steep driveways and really bumpy roads

yeah, never really had problems with that drop. It still feels good. 1.8" is a different story though.
