it does, behind the guage face insert theres an opaque tinted peice of plastic. leaving it in makes it look a little nicer, but out makes it more readable to me in sunlight. i may get a slightly less opaque non tinted peice to put back in there tho, without the oringal peice the guage looks a little weird.

dan...you should have looked @ the other gauges too...from them you can tell he's sitting @ idle...any car with a good working O2 will hover right around that 14.7:1 mark @ idle. wink.gif

looks good art...just wait, the longer you have it, the more youll put stuff together on the fly as its happening with the car. smile.gif its a great tool to have, i love my zetronix.

now your just trying to cover you but..lol

at idle, you get put into closed loop mode. the ecu adds and removes fuel based on the o2 senor. so you get a little bounce from 14-15 afr. this is considered stoich, and where your idle should be. if you have a narrow band o2 gauge, this would show up as a lean-rich sweep.

you can do a VERY basic datalog. you have to make your own serial cable and once you hook it up to the pc, it will log just the afr. no rpm points or throttle positions.

or if you buy a stand alone, or something like an emanage, it has an output for those, that you can use to log things like that.
