More unfortunate things are happening to me., Bank Fraud... Woot i got my money back! Options

So today I was in a happy mood. One is because I just got my car alarm from the mail today. Two i can't wait to test out my Replica Wing. Three is because I got real cool with these 2 hot chick at work. One of them ask me to go to HIN with them on Oct. 9 cause she gonna be modeling and asked me if i want to go shopping with her to pick an outfit. So i said sure, maybe let me check on something. I know ima be spending some money so i went to check my bank account online and BAM its ALL GONE! ALL ****ING GONE! I saw these transaction and damn i knew it happened. So i did what i have to do. (calling bank)

This feeling im going through is just ruining me. I called the bank and this rep is so nice to me. She can't do anything at the moment, untill she can investigate more about it. She's keeping me posted on whats going on and what she can do. But other than that i have no money in my account. Untill tomorrow, cause now they're closed.

Will it be fixed? BTW its all printed check with my name and account on it. Buying a bunch of crap. They took over $300.

i say NO because my mom's purse was stolen and checks and credit cards were used. total came to about 2,000 and spent months investigating. she ended up paying the bank. i think

What bank was it with? Some of them are better with fraud (as in you getting your money back) than others.

I t depends on your bank, Some banks do it and others wont no matter what. Bank of America does it, some times I guess.. GL with that though.

ya that happend to me too. i was in canada for a crew race spending money at a store or something and it wouldnt go threw so i called my dad and he said i had no money but there was atleast 500 in my checking so we looked at the bank statements and i had a bunch of purcheses in canada then a 200 dollar withdraw in the mall by my house then some small things in canada. and the bank says that i spent the money.

so ya it sucks. and i never got my money back either

Today i was on the phone with my bank for 2hours or more. I talk to so many people today all of them were nice except for the last woman. She had an accent of some sort it was a wierd one. I couldn't pin point it but she was an asshoe! We'll any who she got my things fixed gave my money back. So yea this was all fixed in one day. A lot of talking a lot of verification and its all on the phone. I can't believe this. But yea im so happy.

definately. dood i totally forgot about that. that reminds i need to tell her that. i didnt see her at all today. but yea i was such in a happy mood, but then my manager had to kill it by making us feel worthless.
