that's how all Toyota factories are, for the most part... at the plant here, the doors are removed from the car, and later re-assembled, the only thing they got wrong was the 'andon' cord... it doesn't stop the line right away... there's still time to fix the problem quickly before it will stop the line.

i work for taiho ,and our mother company is in toyota city , i will be going there for training in quality control , we make main & con rod bearings for toyota.
