1. Cut the turbo to actuator line.
2. Splice the turbo end to the in of the boost controller.
3. Splice the actuator end of the line to the out of the boost controller.
4. Cut the remaining actuator line (VSV line) & plug both ends with a bolt or line cap (Make sure you use a clip to hold the bolt or cap in as they could blow out under pressure).

Note: Make sure you keep the boost controller box as close to the turbo as possible & the line runs short as possible.

If you drop me a pm with your e-mail addy I can forward you some diagrams & pics I made up when I did mine.

these are also the quickest way to blow your engine...mine came with a relief valve, one day it went bang, boost went off the scale, no boost controll at all...i could boost to 1.5bar and beyond..melt pistons at 10 paces..

if you want boost control do it right for the sake of your engine..Greddy, HKS, APEXI all do very good electronic boost controllers...whats worth more..a blown 3sgte engine, but a 20.00 relief valve, or a very healthy 300bhp 3sgte with an electronic boost controller?

i know what it is in my book. biggrin.gif

anyone wants a relief valve, let me know, i got one in my toolbox. biggrin.gif
