What was in front of you? Or does it happen all the time. I know sometimes when i get behind a semi going fast his trailer will make my car sway a little.

Check for wheel play (tie rod ends, ball joints) and get a 4 wheel alignment done

Make sure all your wheels are properly inflated. (32 or 33 psi).

Is there any play in your wheels? ie. if you kick the rear rims at the front and back, is there a clunking sound (and movement)? If so, it's related to suspension arms and/or bushings.

If that doesn't work, go get an alignment and get them to check all your tires to see if any of them are separating/damaged.

could even be as simple as tightening your lugs. my car didn't exactly sway but it shook unusually in the rear... one of my lugs actually fell off and the one next to it was almost gone. but yeah, try an alignment after you check the lugs and tire pressures
