well Its been a while since i posted in here and i figured it was time to update you all.
well I got some HIDs from Culpable04. I must say I really love them, I got 4500K they're the perfect color. after that I thought that my car was too perfect so I decided to wreck it But it kinda turned into a blessing in disguise cause i got to do a lot of custom stuff while I was puting it back together. this was my car on March 25 Wreck Thread after that I Ive been spending every second, Im not at school or working, on my car. I call this "Stage One" I love Wetsanding! It is so time consuming! since I had the bumper off I decided to tackle another project, thanks to Shocker for the Insparation and tips. I painted the bulb surround in the low beams so it would match the blue tint of the high beams i think it turned out sweet. Plus the Black looks killer! So after One month this is where Im at, If you couldnt tell theres brand new Prime 040 (super white 2) paint on hood, bumper, fenders and passenger door. Shaved: door handle marker lights winshield squirters emblem licence plate New black anodized aluminum grill and there is a surprise under the hood but i forgot to take pics so you'll have to wait. so thats Stage One, are you excited for Two and Three? -------------------- |

So you only shaved the passenger door!? That's got to look odd. Definitely love the super white though! I'm rockin' the dirty white at the moment, defnitely need to paint it.

QUOTE Wow...very smooth...quite possibly the best non GT4 Celica I have ever seen....love it. Thanks that is the best compliment i have ever recieved! I just cant wait till I get stage 2 & 3 done cause there wont be any more "quite possibly" QUOTE NEVER BE AFRAID TO TRY ANYTHING NEW, REMEMBER AMATURES BUILT THE ARK, PROFESSIONALS BUILT THE TITANIC. I love that quote! it is so true my car would still be stock if i were still afraid to make mistakes. Well if you were wondering what the surprise under the hood was, here it is. -------------------- |

X2. i need to know They're from a 97 park avenue prolly doesnt help you guys. i got them in a junk yard. if you really want to do this, expect to spend the majority of a saturday, fabricating brackets and making sure it closes right. I spent well over 8 hours on those things it was worth it though. -------------------- |

QUOTE(QuintinGT @ May 26, 2007 - 8:07 AM) Lookin' good! How long have you had them on and are they still shiny? I've heard that they change color after awhile because of the heat. -------------------- "Remember, amateurs built the ark and professionals built the Titanic.
