Well,you guys could go oldschool on him...ya know,show up at his place,kick the door in,raid his fridge,sit down and watch TV and wait for him to get home,then when he gets home force him to pay with socks and chess peices,but,seriously,who does that anymore? lol...no..I am j/k I would definitely goto his place with the police and demand your stuff back. I once legitly had a problem with Fedex losing mudflaps being sent to batman,but I did give him the money back before I got the claim thru like a good doobie. I've sold bodykits to a lot of people on the site and if I were to ruin my name ONCE no one would trust me...obviously this dude just doesn't care. Anyone ever meet him IRL?

Why don't you all just put some money together and take him to small claims court? You wouldn't have a problem winning the parts, and the money back. My parents took EZ-Pass to court because they kept sending us notice of payments due and we don't even have EZ-Pass so my mom contacted them and they never got back to her and she kept trying and kept trying (Than sent them a later from her boss (a lawayer) and they still didn't get back to us)
Than took them to court and won we got 7,000$ although they haven't sent payment yet... Its easy enough to do.. -------------------- "Drive Well...

so I got a $70 money order in the mail today from our favorite person. it reads...

they took down that craigslist listing but when I went to it there was a link at the top about avoiding scams, etc. http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams.html
which lead me to this site: http://www.ic3.gov/ I gave them all the information I knew about him (name, address, email, etc.) and explained my story and that I didn't really care about my $70 anymore but he has taken more people for more money and still seems to be selling things (I gave a link to that craigslist). I guess what they do is get in contact with his local law enforcement who then contact him, which is probably why he had to forward a copy to the State of Oregon Justice Department. -------------------- |
