Installed PIAA H3 Plasma Ion Bulbs on the Celi and Nokya 9006 Hyper Yellow Bulbs on the GTI. In person the PIAA's are brighter. I just need some OEM HID's...

It was really hard to get the yellow color out with the camera.

Heres one of my buddy's celi (needs body werk)

I really like the look of yellow fogs and HID (think GS and IS), but I've read places that yellow light is less detectible to the human eye than shades of white, so thats kinda kindasad.gif

Yeah, but the yellow fogs are more helpful during rainy weather than the white bulbs.

yes, but only in contrast where the beam is actually detected to the human eye... I don't see a bennifit to seeing great only 20 feet ahead of you vs. seeing fairly well for 30 feet... the farther you see the beam the safer you are, regardless of how much contrast there is, imo....

my fogs are too bright... the beam goes further than the distance of my high beams and even further to the side of the road.. as far as my lows they emit a stronger beam than my stock bulbs did and do so with less strain on the eyes of oncoming traffic
