I got the Pacesetter header for the 3sfe. It didn't fit, so i had the holes enlarged and it went on fine. then the exhaust didn't fit up to the header, so i got it done this morning. I have it on, but its a lil raspy.

How are the power gains from the header? Is it a pretty noticable increase or not really?

Headers = noticeable increase in power, but its nothing tremendous. Actually to tell you the truth, my exhaust sounded like it flows alot more smoothly to. An example would be sometime when you sit there idle it sounds like a very soft machine-gun type noise, ever since I intalled the new headers it was one solid low bassy one that never changed.
