Im looking for a few ideas for my new baby. I got a fairly good body guy who does really good work, from what Ive seen. I would like to get a bit of input for the exterior. Im thinking of putting some fleck into the new paint, and keeping it black. I will be getting a new coat of paint, and will get all the little dents and dings pulled too. I also have a pair of JDM dealer option sideskirts that will also be going on. BTW the car is Jgreening's old baby. Here is a few pics of it. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=42288

The black they use on AMG Mercs is awesome as it has a slight flake that sets it off a treat smile.gif

Hi Corey. I don't mind you using any of my pics.

FWIW, I would go with gloss black. In my opinion, using a flake or other special paint when you have top, tires, and moldings that are all different shades of black will be too busy.

Also, make sure he completely strips the front bumper. Its urethane and the Toyota guy that did the work did not prep it correctly so thats why there are those little pieces stripping off. Any good body guy should know what I am talking about.

Did you try the new plugs yet?

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
