the pod i got, teh surfaces are kinda rough, like it was rattle-canned...do u guys recommend using a fine grit sandpaper n wetsand?.....im worried about the finsih mostly.......but any advice on smoothin out the surfaces?..

Huh? The surface of the pod is specialy sprayed with structurical paint to avoid glare on the front windshield, if you gonna make it smooth - you will have a glare of it on the windshield. Ofcorse you can repaint it in any color or smoth it the way you want it to be. If you check the pics - all the pods are sprayed this way (my pods).
