yeah, so yesterday when I was driving, I noticed it extremely hard to push the shifter into a gear and when it did go in it would grind occasionally. well, I let it go overnight, and drove today and it was fine. then on my way home from work tonight, I started the car, started to move, shifted to second fine, then came to a stop at the end of the driveway, when I pushed in the clutch it felt kinda shaky. then I could not put it in gear. I pumped the clutch a few times and still nothing. it wouldn't go into any gear. after about 5 minutes I finally was able to force it into 1st. I started going and then pushed it into second with some difficulty. lucky for me it was 11 o clock at night, so there weren't many people around and all the lights stayed green for me, so I drove all the way home in second never going more than 30 mph, lol. anyway, I was wondering what this could be... on my way home, I noticed if I pressed in the clutch, the rpms dropped slower than they usually do, and with the clutch fully pressed in if I rev the engine, the my speed would inrease ever so slightly... this sounds like the clutch to me, but I want to know for sure. I knew the clutch has been slipping lately, and I knew it would need replacing sometime, I'm just wondering if I killed it once and for all, or if this is something else not related to the clutch.

well if it's been slipping for a while you should buy a new clutch anyway. then change your tranny fluid after you do that.

Don't forget to check the master and slave cylinders first. If one of them or the lines between them are bad then it would explain the problems. It could also be a air bubble in the line. Try bleeding the system first then check the cylinders for leaks and then the clutch.
