Is there a 6GC with a darker roof lining or are they all a beigey colour that matches nothing laugh.gif

I painted mine black as well, came out pretty good, not as soft anymore, but looks a lot better than the dirty gray it was!

what about if you have a motorized sunroof it would be hard to spray that and get all of it, and i know you cant get the grey cover out of the sunroof

I took the whole headliner out and masked off the sun roof slider thing.. and got as much as i could, now when i slide the sunroof screen thing there are no visible spots of gray so i guess it worked well enough like that tongue.gif

I have a tan one now...but a grey one in my garage which I will be painting black over the weekend...I'm taking off my whole headliner though so it should come out well.

this stuff works REALLY well, and dosent harden the fabric:
duplicolor vinyl and fabric dye

yeah cameras like to pick out the stuff the eye doesn't see.

Looks good mate, what did you use ?

My Interior trimmer is doing me a quote to trim the roof in black vinyl as he reckons it's a simple job with minimal labour invoved.

i did mine about 2 years ago.. tried that fabric paint.. it was ok but didn't really match tthe floor.. so i just went back over it with normal black paint... looks alot better.. i didn't touch the sunroof... just keep it opern all the time..

eventually ill do it right and bring it to a shop or something, but right now every penny is going under the hood or on the chasis, interior is the least of my concerns... biggrin.gif
