I am purchasing an underdrive crank pulley for my 3S. I was looking at the UR one, but upon researching the differences in the MR2 motor and the Celica GT4 motor, the pulleys were supposedly different to accomodate for the different belt layouts.. Since I have a GT4 motor, would it be a problem for me to purchase the UR underdrive pulley for an MR2T?

Thanks

Would you recommend keeping the stock one, or finding a Celica underdrive pulley? I dont know of any after market pulleys for the celica..but then again, I haven't really looked yet.

What would you suggest doing?

Thanks for your help, kwanza.

If you got a 3S... as in 3SGTE... make more power by turning up the boost. Much more significant.

Yes, I have a 3SGTE. I should have cleared that up. The reason I am looking into an underdrive pulley is because while I was disassembling the motor, the original crank pulley suffered a broken belt lip. So I really should replace it.

Custom ones typically aren't that expensive to make. I believe NST makes custom pullies... so try looking them up...
