Hi,
Has anyone installed adaptive cruise control (either laser or radar) into a 6th gen celica? If so, what are your driving expereinces and which make/model did you choose? I haven't found any aftermarket kits that include the adaptive function, so if anyone has any links or recommendations, please post. i know the sienna that my engine came from had the lazer cruize. It is part of etcs/engine/transmission/trac/ebd and other systems that work with it. I think the reason why there isn't any aftermarket units with this feature is because it needs more control over other systems, like for example brakes for when the vehicle is coming too close to something.
