wow i remember seeing that on top gear in one of the tvr's.
i think he had one of those indeglo gauge covers and he hooked it up to the vvti signal.. since our celica's dont have vvti.. we would need to be creative. =) |

Yeah Wannabe, the guy has red gauge cluster lights but when he comes within about 1400 rpms of redline the lights change from red to blue.

I have a buddy of mine who has somethin similar to that but with T-VIS in his AE86. He mounted a 2 colour LED bulb in his dash where his tach is and rewired the wires so that when the T-VIS is grounded out on the comp, it grounds out the second colour in the light bulb and turns it on. So he has white when hes driving then when T-VIS kicks in it goes to a light blue. To do somethin like what that guy did i would think you need indiglow gauges and need to ground it out when the T-VIS or VVT-I kicks in.
