....so for example in the zelda game....lets say you want to shoot your bow & arrow.....do you have ot make that motion to shoot it??
and if ou nwat link to run...do you run?

no, they got rid of that due to the complexity of it.

you move the wiimote left or right quickly to swing your sword.

if you use bow/boomerang, you hit the B button, then aim the cursor on the screen to where you wanna throw it.

you move link around by himself with the other remote, the nunchuck, with the little analog stick on the top of it. you move the analog stick forward hard to make him run, very lightly to make him walk, like a nitnendo 64 controller.

i have about 5 hours into the game and I dunno how to get that treasure chest to fall to the ground at the beginning of the Forest Temple....

I hated trying to beat that water temple guy that last strike took forever, but I hated the statue puzzle even more! When did you start playing & whats your total playing time for beating the game?

started playing release day...only been playing it for about an hour or 2 every other day....I think im 10 hours or less

i'm about to enter the sky temple, i've got 3/4 of something you need to collect, and i'm at about 30 hours played.

oh, and just finishing the temple of time isn't the end of the game, at all.

i believe, once you finish the mirror, you have to go through to the twilight realm in human form, and destroy ganon, then come back out and kill zant. so i think there is plenty more zelda to be had, at least 20 more hours worth.

waht aobut the controler???how does taht work??

its motion sensored, you have to physically swing your remote around like your swinging a sword etc.

i play video games to not be physical....having to swing, and look like a moron standing infront of my pc swinging a remote.....welll frankly, no

edit: I hardly play console games anymore. I play halo2 once and a while with friends, but nothing regularly. I put down over $1k for my pc....y not use it to its fullest? And im not bashing console systems by any means, IMO i dont see a reason to drop $600 on a console when for $400 more, you can get a decked out pc.

got the wii last sunday, and got to say zelda tp is one of the most addictive games ive played. im only just starting the lakebed temple, but from what ive played so far, this is one of my favorite games ever. story is awesome, the gameplay is flawless, it just rocks. to the guys who developed this game... just got rainbow six vegas not long ago, but after starting zelda, vegas will have to wait a while.

celicast I agree! Zelda is sooo addicting. My sister is playing as well & we both play for like 5 hours each @ a time. We are going through batteries like crazy hehe

Anyway hey did any of you who have been to the fortune telling lady in town notice that her gibber gabber is just backwards talk? Like of the things she says when she looks into her ball is:

"Tuoba gniklat mi tahw wonk tnod i"

which is backwards for

"I dont know what Im talking about"
