ok guys has this happen to you. i was driving home when suddenly as i pressed hard on the gas pedal the engine boggled, and what i mean by that is no matter how you press down on the gas pedal it's like the fuel pump is restricting gas to flow towards the engine. but engine and tranny is running fine only thing is if i press on the gas pedal lighly it allows me to only drive at 30 miles per hour on the speedometer and more pressure it brings me down again. im not asking anyone to diagnose the problem but if n one has experience this before im thinking it could be the fuel injector or fuel pump or the carburator im not really sure i just want to get an idea so that the repair sharks dont rip me off

sounds like something around the fuel rail region, sounds like it maybe over fueling.

does it do this all the time or just after running for a while? if it happens and then clears temporarily after turning off and restarting it is prob the o2 sensor.
