i managed to jump on a great deal for HIDs from DomGT. i sent payment on sunday night and today they got here. they look awesome. a lot brighter then stock, but not too bright so that they would blind other drivers or anything. 8000k bulbs.

ehh without projectors to better aim they are still going to somewhat blind oncomming traffic... Your photos from side angles pretty much show that they do kindasad.gif they are really REALLY nice otherwise :-)

glad you guys like them.

btw, for anyone that has a set, did you plug your ballasts right into the factory blub plugs, or did you have to use a relay to power them right off the battery. domGT recommends i use the realy, but i dont see any point, because i think the factory wiring is more then sufficient to handle HIDs that only draw 35watts of power.

Yeah, I seriously considered just plugging into the factory plugs instead of using all the relays from the kit.....I eventually decided that I would use the relay just to play it safe.

Let me know how it works for you Art, I might just plug mine in like you did to get rid of the excess wiring. I love mine, glad you enojy yours too.
