Well I finally have the time/money to get my car fixed...as some of you might remember someone hit my car about 3 months back and smashed in my passenger fender and door. I had to gather a new fender(which I got on the forum) but I wanted a OEM one from Toyota. But since that needed to get done I had figured that I should get the rust that formed in the rear wells taken out too. After noticing that I saw my 6g power folding mirrors were chipping so I needed to get that done as well. Just when I thought that was it I saw my wiper arms rusting the hell out so....yea.. all of that plus some minor dings are getting taken out.. so I will let you see some pictures when its done. Here are a few shots of my main concerns.
last shot was from when it happened...no rims then ...=[ Day 1 I went to check on my car today and a lot of progress has been made. I noticed that the fender which I got off another 6g was slightly different and needed to be re fitted and cut to fit. Here are some pictures I took with my camera phone...sorry for the poor quality. That's a lot of putty. Did you make sure all the rust was cut out?

From what I saw it was all gone...its a whole new piece of metal. Its impossible to get all the rust is what I was told from a lot of body shops. But it very little rust if any is better then what I had

I grew up in a bodyshop, my dad own one. So I know what I'm talking about. If you paint over rust, as alot do, it will show up again in a year. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy
