how long does it take to take the brackets off anyways? does it require bumper removal?

I've been informed by Batman that the easiest way to do it is to take the bumper off. If I had fog brackets I would come up with a way to do it with the bumper on and let you know ...then again if that was the case I wouldn't need to buy them from you its not too bad if you've done it before, but its not something I'd be too enthusiastic to do again. -------------------- |

okay brackets are off and everything is ready to be shipped...took out the silverstar bulbs and put in some other H3 bulbs...any takers for 100 shipped???

this includes everything that would be needed to have it functional in a Celica without fogs?
