Hey all,
Haven't posted much lately because I work from 6am-10pm. But 3 weeks ago the painter picked up my car for a new paintjob and to complement the 3S-GTE swap, a GT4 front end. What has been done. - Dual Exhaust is gone, gonna go for a 3/2,5" system with Aussie DP and a Apexi N1 Turbo Universal muffler - Replaced 94-95 Euro skirts for 96+ skirts - Fixed rear bumper, someone took the liberty of hitting it without leaving a note! - Installed the Raiser Blocks from doGGy, had them for about 15 months laying in the back of the car, now they are finally on!!! - Total GT4 front end, money was no problem I wanted it to be exactly as a GT4 so Frame Brackets, latches, pushin pins everything I needed that I did not salvage from my ST205 wreck, I ordered new. Hood+vents, Crash Bar, bumper parts and fog lights were salvaged - Finally the Gauges + Lotek Apillar are in the car. Someone did it for me, I didn't have time for it myself. So here are a few pics I took from bodyshop till now. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

QUOTE(giang723 @ Dec 5, 2006 - 3:02 PM) i was just wondering, how much did it cost to do the whole thing, inclduing the engine and all? cause i'm thinking of doing a conversion as well I bought a JDM Wreck in february for 5000 Euro, it had a damaged front bumper but hood and other parts were salvageable. Had to buy a new bumper and right 96+ sideskirt. Some guy swapped the engine in for free if he could keep the leftovers of the wreck, already sold the JDM Tails/antenne and a few misc. items from the interior but moreover I could keep the GT4 front end parts All in all the swap/conversion and paintjob costs me about 8000 Euro's in total. @DSRT-FX Interior pics: Still stock by means of seats and Toyota options, ICE is updated. HKS Turbo Timer+EDFC are below my Head Unit. This post has been edited by Kadett: Dec 5, 2006 - 9:33 AM -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

And these SLM gauges.... Oil pressure gauge will stop working after 1 month You will see And dont even think about getting the Electric with stepping motor gauges from SLM - just the advice BTW - your car looks amazing. Just like the real "4" - now get the front Extensions -------------------- Ex celica owner - just a guy from other side of the pond...

Positive response from doGGy
Yes they are 5Zigen GN+, they are just GREAT on black cars. About the SLM gauges, SveNRG has them for about 1 year in the car with no problems, but we'll see. And about the front, no I dont want extensions. I want a C-one front lip, just like the one you fitted on Tom Poz his 4, but then the real deal not a replica. But it is 650 euro's delivered Other option is Eurou front lip. These 2 are the only clean frontlips out there for the original GT4 bumper. BTW this is what the car look liked when I first bought her (these pics are from the previous owner) I have come a long way since then. Except for the T23 Side blinkers there is no exterior mod left from it This post has been edited by Kadett: Dec 5, 2006 - 12:00 PM -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

Kadett, Awesome. If your going to do anything to the front end, you have to go GT-4 bumper spoiler! Im pretty sure thats a factory part, but I dont know the number.

Im pretty sure thats a factory part, but I dont know the number. You mean like this?? I dont like that spoiler either. + With the tein at there current setting and with The Netherlands being a speed bump country it will not survive very long. Front extensions are out of the question because they only flow well with the "Wide/TRD" sideskirts and not with the 96+ skirts. The only option I really really really like is the C-one But first things first. These babies are the next step. Yes I know this is pure sex, but a few things I dont have
1 No Chrome Work Meister S2R rims 2 No silver painted front, looks messy on a black Celi. 3 No red Celi And still that lip would be about 5 cm/2 " above the ground with the teins on current settings. And you really just dont know how freaking much of does speedbumps you have here. In my town EVERY cross section in the old part of town has speed bumps. So every 200 meters you have to go 1km/h as not to destroy the lip. BTW I did guess the Lip right. Only placed SveNRG's picture as reference. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
