i got interested in the celica cause it looked like a supra (of which i could find none at a decent price when i was searching for a car).
but the celica's headlights are sooooo much prettier. so now i see a supra for sale at a decent price and i'm thinking "if i got one i'd try to put on celica headlights." but mostly i lust over the gt4 - like every one else on here who's seen the Tufy video. |

Yes. Tufy is viewed as a king here.  And I also lusted for the GT-FOUR once I saw the big difference from ST202 and ST205. I thought they were all the same when I first got the car. But my girl loves the Veilside look better. But the GT-FOUR just gives out that aggressive stance and makes the Celica stand more bulkier. I don't know. Still debate'n. i pretty much love the celica now, supra's just aren't as cool for me. thinking about engine swaps and awd conversion. ahh, daydreams, i'll know more in april.
the smaller rear quarter window in the supra is a little sexier imo, but it's the same rear quarter window that's in the 5th gen celica so i'm still model-loyal in saying that. 6th gen Celica's wider hips are the best though. This post has been edited by Zimluura: Dec 16, 2006 - 2:29 PM |

You cannot compare what toyota did 27 years ago from the FACTORY to what people are doing today with taking supra parts and putting them on a celica -- toyota was not making cross bread ones in 94-99. Period.

some people cant afford supras, and would like to do custom stuff to their non daily driver. thats like me saying, u want ur celica to move like a supra? go buy one.

i'v add peugeot 206 lights to the front ...and i think they look pretty nice compared to the OEM old lined glass look.....
