Just wondering, does anyone on here know of any convertibles that have been turbo'd or had the 3S-GTE conversion?

theres that one 3sgE vert but its a 5gc LoLz!!!

a member, jgreening, had a 3sgte in his vert. He sold it earlier this year and i dont know if he visits the boards anymore. You can search for his topcis by name though. He was very knowledgable about it.

Besides my old car, there is two fifth gens and there is also a convertible MKII MR2 that has the 3sgte swap in it somewhere in Europe. There are a few 3sgte swapped spyders too.

Would i be correct in guessing the 3S-GTE conversion for a 'vert is the same as that for a Hardtop?
What issues are there for strengthening the chassis? thanks -------------------- |
