One night after letting my car sit in the cold for 10 hours. I get in my car, start it up and when I turn the steering wheel I can tell that it was easier to turn than normal. I ask my dad what could it be and he said it might be that the power steering is kicking in. After all that time driving my celica is it possbile for the power steering to start working? Thanks for any reply.
