Has anybody had to buy a new down pipe when buying a new exhaust manifold or does the old one works for the new performance.

Need some help......

you should go all out.
or work your way back to front.

you don't have to get a dp, if the manifold is meant for the car it should bolt up, but i personally suggest doing a downpipe smile.gif

unless your buying a full race, or similar exhaust manifold, i would stick with the stock exhaust manifold, and upgrade your DP and exhaust.
the only thing you'll really gain with those cheapo ebay manifolds is problems.

full-race.com makes an manifold for the mr2, but the say in works on fwd or awd celicas
