In the new Sport Compact Car magazine they have a 93 mr2 with a hybrid 5s-gte motor. The guys says it dynoed @ 700 something hp. ( I forget since the mag is @ home) Of corse he has built it up for track racing. It's a very nice read though. I only wish it had of been a celica but I guess that helps keep the celica more fun for us if it doesn't get too popularized.

Man I was reading that article and I saw 5sfe an I was all "Look, look, thats my engine, right there, ohhhhhh..." That guys set-up is awesome with the pretty much homebuilt two-stage fuel system pushing 725bhp and he hasn't even pushed his NOS button yet!

ALSO in Modified Mag someone wrote in with an ST asking about aftermarket support. They said you aren't going to find any unless you swap 3S-GTE or 4A-GZE.
