if you have a bad mount you'll hear a clunk sound when you accelerate and the car will shake more than usual when you start it up.
have someone start the car with the hood open while you watch the engine. it'll shake in a circular motion instead of front to back like it should. -------------------- |

you can also take a look at the rubbers, then you'll know if one is bad and exactly which one it is.
heres a pic of my old rear mount that was bad and side by side with one that was still good -------------------- |
