Driver Seat, back seat broken?, Need some advice/help Options

I discovered that my driver seat, back seat is malfunctioning. When you tilt the lever to get into the back and then push back the seat it should click into place firm. Well I have the problem that on the left side it does click into place correctly but on the right side it clicks in place 1 "step" further then the left side. So my right shoulder isnt resting on the back. It seems like the wholes where it should click in are moved a bit or something.

Can anyone tell me how the mechanism works, could it be a pin thats been broken off so it wont work at the first click. Or has anyone here had the same problem as I have.

Already found the how-to/sticky to disassemble the seat. Gonna try that tomorrow when there is daylight. Just want to know if anybody else also had this problem.
