ok first off i have a 94 gt 5 speed and i got it for 800 dollors and i has a couple problems but this is the main one has anyone had the fuse that say alt 100a blow and if so how do you replace it because i don tget it i is built in to the fuse panel and took it all apart but still no luck so any kind of help would be great thanks gary

that fuse is in the engine bay and it's a big one. It does come out and you can get a replacement for it at any auto parts store (autozone, ect). If it blew then most likely it's *fused* in there. Get it out however you can (use needle nose plyers to pry out the prongs). Get the replacement and you'll see how long the prongs are, they go deep.

ok because the people who had it before just tried to get it out and broke all the plaset 5hit around it off and the prong where the only thing left then they filled it with vasaline lol have no clue y lol

yea that happend to me its kinda of a hack job tho one of my old prongs is fused in ther so with the replacement had bend it a lil bit it still works fine and all only sometimes it tends to pop out all you have to do is push it back in but i wish you the best of luck and hope it dose not turn out as bad

when guys fuse went out did all your **** stop workin in the car i hope because none of mine works

Yes. Everything will be screwed up and either not work or not work properly until it's secure in there again.

How did you get that fuse out ?? I tried pulling it out and broke the plastic around it then I used more forced then I pulled out and cracked the fuse box.... kindasad.gif

you have to unbolt the fuse box there is i think 3 or 4 bolts then when you do that there is clip that hold the black plastic around the fuses under that there is too bolts on both sides of the fuse remove those and slide it out
