For the money and ease of install, a short ram is your best bet. Take it from me, I've ran every option on my car. I like the short ram for the throttle response and ease of winter driving. It's also cheaper, but I went through tons of other designes first, so it wasn't cheap for me. I had a box for it, but it was a real pain to remove everytime I wanted to work on the motor. As long as your moving, and you pull the intire stock air out of the fender, you'll get colder air with a ram air style intake. And buy a piece of pipe from ebay with a no-name filter.

The cheapest ram intake and most effective for the money is a K & N ram intake. There about $50 on ebay. They only offer a polished style instead of giving the option of the powder coated version.
If I was to decide between Weapon R and Dragon intake, I would go with Weapon R. |

Ok, I'm usually one to answer but I say this a LOT. This is the first time I said to use the search function; but alas I'll still answer your question here...
Look for my post here: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=44647 As for Weapon-R vs. Dragon intake lol...they're the same. Weapon-R makes the Dragon intake and the Secret Weapon intake. Both of which I recommend, they're not hard to find. Try http://www.andysautosport.com/toyota/1994_...rt_ram_intakes/ or if you want a better deal (trust me there is) you can find one somewhere else.
