I am thinking of setting around 600$ into the celica.
I have no clue exactly what I wanted the finished project to look like, so i figured I should ask the experts wink.gif
here are some off the options I was thinking of

- kyb struts and tein s.techs (around $250-300 for both?)
- scion tc rims (They seem to be pretty cheap off of www.scionlife.com ~300 with new tires)
- Brakes done (??? price)
There is this wierd sound that can be heard only when my window is down and im next to a wall, the only was i can describe it is it sounds like a chattering that increases with speed, at autotech we put my car up on the lift and the axles seemed fine, and the wheels wouldn't move at all when i tried to move em in and out or side to side, so i dont think its bearings, but the inside of the brakes seemed pretty scored up and scratched, so im thinkin that may be the problem.
- I am also trying to decide on spoiler-less or gt4 risers (0 or 150$)
- the necessary exhaust , thnking about magnaflow muffler with a reonator and 2.75' piping from a local shop. (200$?)

Any input would be very helpful, Iv been thinking about what to do with it for a while now, and the car seems better than getting a ps3, plus she needs some luv tongue.gif
I would be very thankful if somebody would do a photoshop or two to show me what the car could look like.
(droped, spoilerless, tc rims, gt-4 risers, and maby a small body kit)
hers some pics of what she looks like now

this is an older one, but it seems like it may be easier to photoshop

id say get your bearings checked out, and try and get it to run as smooth as possible cuz nothing sucks worse than having a nice car you can drive cuz it needs work...

then maybe drop it and some wheels

opinion 1. fix the door. (spend whatever it takes to fix your drivers side door, because no matter how good your car looks....it wont because of that)

opinion 2. wait, save some more, and get the car repainted well. (Your paint <paints pretty worked on your car, same idea as your door, no matter what u put into the car, it wont look good untill u fix those things that are most prevelent to the eye)

i do like the stock rims in that gunmetal color tho...thinking about doing mine like that when they come off in the spring.

hmm, I was looking into getting a paint job, I was thinkin of getting a earl schieb job, like pro4 or something, i was quoted 700$, that includes getting he door and fender fixed, im surprised you didnt notice that.
My friend got his truck sprayed there it looks pretty good, but there is a few grains of sand under the paint, and they messed up the top and it started to bubble, but there respraying it today.

My only problem with it is I want to get some body stuff later, new skirts etc.
I guess I could wait till later and just get those color matched.

My instructor said he didnt think it was my bearings, is it hard to check em?

I think I found the problem with the brakes I think that my rotor might be warped, because i can feel a pulsing when i put on the brakes.
Also I hear that toyota rotors dont get along with most brake pads.
anyone know a good shop to get my car painted in Texas?
