so you service your car every 2500 KM ? you change spark plugs that often???
save some money , and do your next service around 250 000 KM! (change the distibutor cap+rotor if they look used) -------------------- -Rémy 02 SiR, 08 250R |

You might want to change the timing belt and tranny fluid if you haven't done that yet.

check radiator for any leaks, vacumm hoses- egr valve for any wear on tubing around it, start changing oil with purple king, check engine for leaks also gaskets a must if radiator is good -flush and fill same with tranny, most of these parts will start going if you use your car as a daily driver also if it's over a 100,000 thousand miles and use lucas products for your engine as well

Lucas oil stuff causes the oil to foam.
I wouldn't recommend it. You are still 1400 miles until 3000. Nothing wrong with changing your oil every 2000 or less I guess. Up to you. Your plugs should last you 60k miles or more... Toyota red is supposed to be good for 30k miles. What type of coolant you used will determine how long you want to leave it in there. Like others said, check your cap and rotor. Timing belt if it hasn't been done. Accessory belts PCV valve [if you have them in Aus] -------------------- |

I would recommend never using oil additive, oil has already tons of them from the factory and its well known that toyota engine will last up to 400 000 KM with normal non-synthetic oil..its just wasting money away.
