I think some of you know that some stupid ass kid hit me and TRIED to run off.

Anyway, the guy hooking me up with the body work and paint job said he can take my car in Friday. New color and everything!!

But here is the down side. He told me he will have the car ready in two weeks. That would mean i would miss the meet on the 26th. I don't know what to do?

1. Take my car to the shop and miss the meet?
2. Take my car to the shop and show up with my friend in his '03 altima?
3. Not take my car to the shop and drive my car around looking like **** and go to the meet.

I think this would make me look bad if i don't go to the meet, especially if i helped organize it. frown.gif Help me out guys. and girls.

while it is up to you, it looks bad to see a busted car driving around, especially when you will be surrounded by the same type of car.

then it would also be bad if you didnt come. you could go with your friend in his car, it just wouldnt fit in, but atleast you will be there.

btw how bad is your car?

My car is also getting repainted and it's going to take two weeks. If I were you I would get my car painted and hope they have it done earlier. If you can't make it I'm sure everyone will understand I know I will.

I agree with pretty mcu everyone.

1. Yeah that just take it in. They will understand.
2. Take it like that, there really isnt anyone (girl) there to impress.
3. If i show up with my friend in another car it will be out of place.
4. I am one of the main organizers, so i should be there.

Besides I'm pretty damn sure that i will have a lot of fun that day anyway. SO i don't wanna miss it.

Then when i take my car into the shop I'll have some B-Day (July 29th, **hint hint** wink.gif ) money to spend on the kit and get that put on and painted at the same time.

So if plans go like i want (more than likely they won't) my car will be in the shop on the 1st of august for about 3-4 weeks.
a.) Paint and body (404 kit)
b.) Sound system (custom box in trunk)
c.) ST-185 SWAP!!! wiggle.gif wOOt wiggle.gif

So if the almighty car gods, lol tongue.gif , let me i'll probably enter my at the HOTIMPORT NIGHTS at the Los Angeles Convention Center on August 30th.
