i meant just to cope.
same reason another 2bar map isn't just swapped w/ another all the time, the voltages vary a bit.

s-afc ii has like 20???? different map sensor settings trying to account for all the difference logarithmic outputs they have.
not perfectly linear

So let me get this straight real quick.

2 Bar Map Sensor with SAFC and Turbo Probe injectors will be fine?

I remember Nik ran stock 7a injectors for a while will they be fine at 7psi on ct26? SAFC no matter what.

12:1 FMU is what is stated but I remember quite some time ago (year or 2) it was stated 12:1 was higher than needed and 8:1 would work better. Anyone else remember that being brought up?

harold, if you have a ST, a ct-26 is not a good option for you.
it wont bolt up (like it does on a GT/5sfe)
stock 7a injectors are what ~210cc?
thats just looking for trouble, and the FMU is not much better.
think about it like this :
your stock fuel pressure is ~40 or so psi
with a 12:1 fmu, running 7 psi, your effective fuel pressure is now 124psi. LMAO.
im SURE the ST rail and injectors can handle that! laugh.gif
the pressure accross the rail will be VERY inconsistant, exactly what you DONT want under boost.
sure, it may work for awhile...but its definetly not a long term solution.

Oh Ok, so your saying that instead of running the 2bar map using Check Valves will make it last alot longer! laugh.gif

IIRC the stock 7A injectors are 180cc

and a ct26 is just not right on a 7a, go with a t3 super 60.
