Ok you all know my car (if not check member's rides) and know it has a 3sgte...now I was wondering...If I had a rear clip shipped here, ...the gas tank would have to be relocated, the floors changed out...now how hard is that to do? I mean what would you have to do in order to get the floor out? and the gas tank? I know the suspension would have to be changed out...that wouldn't be too bad...now would there have to be room made for the drive shaft or is there enough room?...Actually...what would really help is a picture of the underside of a GT4...tongue.gif

kuya has done it???

well so far i have taken out the trunk pan of both cars, gas tanks, and removed all the drivetrain, suspension, brakes, etc. from the GT4.

you will need a frame holder, and frame straightener so when you take out the floor the car will still be stable and the roof wont wrinkle

once you have the floor swapped in then its all bolt on from there. i would suggest getting new exhaust as well ...make sure that its st205 specific.

No I haven't converted my car to AWD. It's not worth it in my opinion. The amount of money that I would have spent wouldn't have been practical. Let's just put it this way, with the amount of money that I would've spent, I could've just imported a full GT-FOUR. But I have other plans. *grins*

Qatar is in the process of attempting this feat and I'm confident that he will get it done.
