The best thing you should do is to save your money. Put it in an account.

I personally think SSIII looks better than a GT4 conversion. Not to mention its a whole lot cheaper. I say do that and you still have money to for lowering springs, struts, and or maybe some nice rims. Then save up more and make the thing able to beat hondas.
