what is the best way to paint the passenger airbag cover without taking it out of the car. I 'm not doing that cuz it was a hella pain to put it in.
I've already painted my interior before, but all the parts i took out and sanded and used testors paint and what not. thing is, sanding the bag in the car would be do or die, if i do it it has to get painted. 2nd problem fumes and preventing overspray , alot of masking off i've seemed to answer my own question already but what do you guys think is the best way to paint it . pics of how my dash is now is in my profile -------------------- |

If you use vinyl dash paint or some other specialty paint just for interiors, you probably wouldn't have to sand it, you could just clean it real well with some alcohol. Then, just mask off the surrounding area and paint it with a brush (obviously you wouldn't want to spray paint it inside the car). That would be my advice. |
