I just wanted to wish everyone here good luck for the future and hope that it brings the best to all of you, especially for those that were born of this year. This is your year to shine! smile.gif

I can't wait till the good food and to see the Dragon Dances again.

Back in Hong Kong, me and my cousins stormed through all our relatives during the 2-week Chinese New Year vacation off school, one time i total up more than 100 red envelopes, almost $5000HKD...

Ever since I came to America, I've lost that connection, and plus people here are more americanized..

no kidding. Most of my family's off elsewhere, so I didn't end up getting much. I'm pretty sure if my other aunt and her mom were in town, I'd get like $150 off of them.

What do you mean by "those who born this year ain't gonna have a good year if ya'll superstitious"? I'm not Chinese, but I'm born in the year of the pig.

That's interesting. My brothers have like a tank full of big, obese goldfishes that always seem to be hungry. They have another tank for betas and a separate one for mean-ass piranhas. rolleyes.gif
