So my dad and I are going to take a trip to the Brickyard and watch the US Gran Prix. We were looking into tickets and can't decide which are the better seats..
Of the two choices we're looking at, one is called the Penthouse Paddock. Its located directly across from the pits. The description says it offers the best view for in-race preparations and maintenance. It sounds like a good place to sit, however I don't know how much of the track will be seen. The other choice was GrandStand A or B Paddock. It sits off the Southern corner of the track (I think its turn 1 of the oval, but I'm not certain). The description claims these seats offer the best view of the track with the exception of turns one through five in the infield. With both of these paddocks, I don't know how high up you sit or anything of the sort. So I was wondering if anybody here has gone to a race at Indy and can offer some insight on which is the better seat. Thanks for any and all feedback, Steve -------------------- ![]() |
