HID Projector low beams Options

most of the guys who have the projectors and want HID's can get them right here on the site thru culpable.

I'm not selling HID kits.. I'm selling low beam headlights with (most likely) Acura TSX projectors installed and a crystal clear lens..

so whats up man, you have them made already? or are you just getting a consensus on who interested? Whats the price like? lets us know man you gut me in suspense

You are correct sir. I haven't made them yet, I am making them myself. They will look as good as a factory setup guaranteed.

I haven't decided on what plastic to use just yet, I need to do some testing first.

My original way of doing this is that the buyer gets a set of HID low beam housings ready to be installed and then they have to pay a core charge until they send in their original units. However, not all of these units are in good shape.. some are missing bolt tabs and what not.. so what I think I will do to keep everyone happy and to make things easier on me is this:

Buyer purchases the kit, I send them a temporary use set of low beams. Buyer sends me their original low beams. I convert them and ship them back. Buyer returns the loaner set and I refund the charged loaner fee.

The ****ty part about doing it this way is the fact that I need to have a large quantity of low beams sitting around to send out.. if I want to keep turn around time as short as possible.

There is always the option of sending your low beams in for conversion and getting them back and having no loaner/core charge...

Basically for me to make these it will be easy.. it's the business end of how to handle everything properly that is going to be the biggest issue.

Expect the kit to be around 500.00 for both, but as always that price isn't set in stone.

If anyone has suggestions on how to handle the business end.. what would make you guys the happiest .. let me know.

As for those interested in auto-adjusting projectors.. I could do that as well most likely.. but the price will be much more than 500.00 for the set. The TSX Projectors are relatively affordable and they are one of the best projectors on the market now.

as far as the 500price, do you mean low and high beams? because you can get real jdm low beams for about that same price.

you can go about this the same way fallenhero does with his custom coupe tails.... he makes a set and sells them to someone. then that someone sends him their stock tails and he makes a new set to sell and so on. so people are gonna have to wait but that should lower the cost since you wouldn't need a bunch of stock loaners to send out and what-not.

how many low beams headlight sets are u looking at needing and stuff cuz im in japan and i can get my hands on them pretty easy. the headlights i can get u tho are jdm style there not the projector but they have the 194 bulb in them and all its really nice but yea that is the kind i can get u. the 194 bulb is located right on the lower toward outside of the car side if that makes sense. kit me up if ur serious on this i can get a couple sets.

o yea and if anybody is interested in the states for the jdm style headlights there the same as the states but have the 194 bulb built in it let me know. yea i know u could just thro one in them yea cool but i was just wonderin and asking please no neg replys please

then get real jdm ones... the projector won't be as good either... and they aren't easy to get ahold of either... plus u have to pay shipping from japan.

this is only for the low beams w/ high quality projectors... also I am right here in the states if anyone has questions...

these will look better than stock.

Turn around time shouldn't be more than 2 days... possibly even ship the same day they are received..

if for $500 you get a nice set of TSX projectors + ballasts + harness + bulbs + clear lens + install... it seems ok... it cost me $750 total to get a retro done to my jdm lows... lol so i basically bought 2 sets of jdm headlights

What happens if my headlights are mint and i send them in, BUT the guy before me had cracked headlights. He gets the guy before his and I end up with his cracked ones. The guy after me gets my mint ones...

I know where you are coming from, but I wouldnt want to pay a large amount of money and not get "my" original headlights back...



Quick question:

are you modifying the stock oe housing to make them clear/hid or are you retrofitting the hid projectors into the jdm housing?
