hey, today i was planning on changing my front brakes and rotors but couldnt, my left wheel is stuck on, i took all the lugnuts off, had it lifted, kicked it as hard as i could, pulled it as hard as i could, hit the wheel wih a rubber mallet, and sprayed everything down with wd-40 yet my wheel is still stuck on? I dont really know how it is, i just bought it like 2 months ago and from the papers the tires were reaplced a year ago, so its not like it been on or sitting for year and years, also the wheels are the stock bbs. and the other side came off fine, wasnt stuck at all. Anyone have any ideas?

it could be the lip on the hub, they expand and contract with heat + they also get damaged and creat a bit of a lip on the edge..i would say put 1 lug nut back on, go from behind wearing a pair of boots and give it a good swift kick with ur heal...it should come off.

Anyone have any ideas? F the WD40... get yourself some real rust penetrating spray. If you can get a crow bar in between the hub portion of the rim and the hub itself that is the way to go. I had this problem just today on a 91 GTS w/ stock 6G rims.. I used a crow bar and it came right off. However, I changed a flat for this girl in a walmart parking lot.. the rim on that car was REALLY ****in stuck on.. I had to beat the **** out of it. Also had this issue on a ram 2500.. came out of store to find a flat on the rear.. rim would NOT come off.. called my brother up and we tried tow straps on the rim and used his car .. lol still would NOT come off.. so I put the lugs back on but real loose.. and dropped the truck back down and just did a circle in the parkin lot.. mashed the gas peddle once and then jacked it up and the rim came off. -------------------- 87 4runner DLX 22re, 5spd, 4.30gr, 4" lift, 30" tires, HID w/ Projectors, 6spkr + sub, custom exhaust, 94 celica leather seats, SR5 gauge cluster and clinometer. PB Blaster.
Keep working at it, the rust in between the wheel and the hub has formed a bond. -------------------- |

Indeed... or put the lugs back on loose and go down your drive way and back up.. it'll probably loose then But I didn't tell you to do that -------------------- 87 4runner DLX 22re, 5spd, 4.30gr, 4" lift, 30" tires, HID w/ Projectors, 6spkr + sub, custom exhaust, 94 celica leather seats, SR5 gauge cluster and clinometer. Ive always used a rubber malet and beat the back of the tire while spinning the wheel. I remember some dude handed me his sledge hammer because his wheels were so rusted.
