I have a 95 celica ST with the 7afe and for some reason the idle seems to be unusually high. It used to idle about 600 to 800 rpm, and now its anywhere from 1100 to 1400 rpm. i am not sure what is going on, but any help is appriciated. also does anyone know if i can get fan relays at the local auto parts stores or do i need to order them from toyota?

High idle could be from a bad ISC valve or a vaccum leak.

You might be able to get the relays at an auto parts store.
Why don't you call and find out?

Because although they might sell 'replacement' relays, they might not be to OEM spec .... ie Thermostats for the GT. I think it was a legit question.

Mine revs at nearly 2k when first started. The last three older cars I've owned have done that. How expensive is the fix on this?
