well the new plan.... : i bought the same front end just cause i could get it the cheapest, Z3 fenders, A c/f hood. and i'm painting it Sky Pearl Blue like the new camry's. GOD i love that color...
but anyways this happenend oct 15 and i'm just now getting a loan... does it seem outlandish to charge 10k to fix all this? my friend thinks so... the only mechanical damage is the radiator, headlights, and relay box up front. -------------------- **If you play My Brute, joing the 6gc.net clan!**

10k?! a used st is less than half that much. that car must have a lot of sentimental value.

well its my first car, and i mean i did alot of work to it lol
it does mean alot... i cant find any around here. this dude is supposed to hook me up with a deal on stuff though, fixing it. i found a front end for like 1500 in athens georgia im probly gonna buy to save me 4k for damn parts. and then he should give me a good rate on the body work/ paint... hopefully. if there was another celi around here i'd get it though, and just hook it up too... -------------------- **If you play My Brute, joing the 6gc.net clan!**

Well does the 10K include a new windshield, airbags, headlights, removal of current stuff, paint?
I would take the stuff off myself, have it towed to the place and have them fix the radiator damage and that stuff, and then take it back and put the body panels on myself and then send it in for paint. You can probably save yourself some $$$ on that. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

Sorry for your loss - just buy a GT for waaaay less. yeah, man i have so many options right now and such a little time frame to decide. im pretty sure the body shop has already started ordering my parts since i signed something giving them the go ahead to work on my car... like if i could find a celi around here i could easily get it back to 'standards' for like 5k less :-/ only 3 years till the loan is paid off so i guess its a worthy investment, im sure it'll last that long. -------------------- **If you play My Brute, joing the 6gc.net clan!**

yea man i talked to a guy that specializes in tuner cars, he did my friends civic for cheap and it looks amazing. i cancelled my body shop work and i'm gonna have this guy do it. it should save me alot, and this guy knows what he's doing so i'm confident. i dont know when it'll be done, hopefully by the end of march, but believe me pics will go up asap.

Seriously just wait til you find another Celi in that area, your car will never drive the same way again (judgeing by the pic.). I waited a good month before I found my baby. In that time I took public trans and bum rides from friends/parents, and plus think about it, 5k for a Celi, 5k for parts, you can make that 5k count alot in aftermarket mods in another used celi. (plus whatever you can salvage now) And you can sell your car for more money, or part it off

That kind of looks like what happened to my car last year. Except mine was more extensive and was totalled.
I'm glad you're fixing it. That looks ouchy. -------------------- |

buy your main radiator support, and bumper support from carpartswholesale on ebay for about $120, and the fender supports and wheel well from toyota world for about $140..hope that helps a bit.
other parts look for cars being parted out, thats how I got my stuff |
