Its a violation of your personal rights(privacy I think) to use something of yours in a magazine without your permission. Just ask any lawyer... they should give you some kind of reparations... if not there are plenty of Liars I mean lawyers waiting to make money of an easy case like this

To be honest, I cannot see you getting any money out of this at all. There are lots of people who would want to be where you are. I do know that on public property you can take pictures of anything, whether or not you can use them to sell something... yea.

I wouldn't bother getting a lawyer, but I would call up import trendz or whatever, and ask immediately to speak to the editor or whatever, and then ask that your name be put in there. That's the most I think you'd get.

I'm not asking for money and I'm not about to sue the company. It's really not all that important, I already have a kit so it's even less of a big deal. I just figure if they want my car to help them out, they need to return the favor. If they want to sponsor me and I advertise for them, then everyone's happy.
