i finally got an st205 cluster in and i find that the boost gauge needle will go past the last line at full boost. Does this happen to you guys too? or is this cus of a DP and no cat i have thats giving me boost creep and thus more over all PSI. with a stock gt4 does the needle even get close to the last line on the gauge clusters boost gauge?

and do andy of you know what each of the lines on the stock boost gauge represent psi wise?

thanks

The stock boost guage on a GT4 isnt worth even looking at, its slow and as you say has no indications of the boost your running, and goes past the end (happens on every GT4 I have ever seen) The best thing you can do is to buy any aftermarket boost gauge....its pretty much the only way to tell if your running dangerous levels of boost or not, or not running enough boost...can be used as a good diagnostics tool aswell.

^^^^^
What he said. Stock gauge is a geussometer and way to slow to be of any real use.

Glad to see you got it working. If all you did was what we mentioned in the PMs I'll update the How-To. Just let me know and it'll be done.
