I need the EGR valve (and any other EGR part you can spare) from a pre-96 GT with a manual transmission that is also california spec (can be celica, camry, mr2, etc. just needs to be for 5sfe). I know that that's kinda specific but it needs to be. A brand new one from a dealership will cost $118 just for the valve itself and I'm not 100% sure that that's my problem. if you have spare EGR parts I'll take what you have (valve, sensor, tubing, etc.) thanks

PM me I have a EGR valve, sensor, from a 7afe. Advanced auto parts website shows same p/n for both 1.8 and 2.2.

I know you probably already got this figured out but you had PMed Dustin and he said I would check at work to make sure you could use the one you bought...
there is no difference between Cali and non-Cali spec EGR valves, and we would use the same part for 94 as for 95 (and as you already know a different one for 96-99) so with what you bought should be perfectly fine. -------------------- |

I recieved the new EGR today. hopefully putting in on tomorrow and then hopefully no more check engine light! cool, let me know how it works out for you. I've pulled the EGR off and put it back on enough times now trying to fix my problem that I was able to get this new one on in about 10 minutes. it seems to have fixed my problem!
