I just reinstalled a glovebox today on a celica. This car isnt mine but me and dad (mostly dad) are fixing it to sell it. I had the glovebox out today doin some stuff and when i put it back on it will close, but I have to slam it pretty hard to get it to latch. The glove box in my car needs to be slammed also but not nearly as hard. I also had this problem on another celica and i was wondering if there was a way to fix this and did i mess something up when i took the glovebox out? I did a quick search and didnt find anything but if this is a repost sry just point me to the forum. thanks

Did you securely and 100% correctly attach the bottom of the glovebox to the dash?
How about the top?
