they're not seat covers....there the leather seat skins themselves.

they would replace the cloth fabric the stock seats come with. and honestly yeah they are kinda pricey. you could pick up a pair of BRIDE's for that much, maybe even used RECARO's

Yeah - I know. My stock leather's are ripping but screw that price. I don't do the racing seat thing - too gaudy IMO. I've got a little velvet project going on.

Those are the Katskin seat covers/ fabric replacement. They are one of the best fitting and quality reproduction seat covers. If I liked leather I would want them but I like the cloth better. They also make a cloth cover but they are still high in price.

From the picture it looks like just seat covers... Not the skins, and the dude does say they are "seat covers" so I would assume from the picture.. and the guy selling them.. that they are actually... Seat covers! Lol

But, he did pay 1100 for them, and you get more then just the covers, they dont look too bad. Get floor mats, back seat cover and the two front seats.. Its a "ok" price.. but I wouldnt pay for it.

That's a pretty normal price to pay for leather seat re-wrap. I don't think the one in the link is that nice. The "Limited Edition" stitching is pretty tacky. Check out leatherseats.com if you want different styles... you'll see that they cost 600+

if you're going to spend that kind of $$ then you should just buy the OEM seats (just covers)
